We’re partnering with a leading professional services firm to appoint an Associate Director to their growing Corporate Tax Advisory team. This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to work as a trusted advisor to a broad client base, supporting complex tax matters and strategic planning. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, contribute to the continued growth of the practice, and play a key role in mentoring and developing talent within the team.

About You
Professionally qualified (e.g. ACA, CTA, ATT, ACCA or international equivalent) or possess significant relevant experience
In-depth expertise in UK corporation tax with a broad awareness of other UK taxes
Proven experience managing complex tax advisory work across multiple sectors
Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and contribute to business development initiatives
About Your New Role:
Always:
Acting as the primary contact for a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering tailored tax advisory services
Advising on tax risks, compliance obligations, and strategic planning opportunities
Collaborating with in-house and external specialists to deliver joined-up, practical solutions
Translating complex technical detail into actionable insights for clients
Often:
Meeting with clients to discuss business changes, upcoming tax developments, and planning strategies
Reviewing UK corporate tax computations, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency
Leading and developing high-performing teams, supporting career growth and service excellence
Occasionally:
Taking a leading role in major, cross-functional advisory projects
Driving innovation and process improvements within the Corporate Tax team
Never:
Expected to work late for the sake of presenteeism, performance is measured by impact, not hours
Having to ride a unicycle and sing nursery rhymes in the office
